1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ImaZGen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ImaZGen. Our prompts are curated works and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the prompts for your own AI image generation needs. Redistribution or resale of the prompt text itself is strictly prohibited.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
4. Credits and Payments
ImaZGen uses a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased through Gumroad. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
5. Disclaimer
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the prompts will produce specific results as AI models are inherently probabilistic.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ImaZGen, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
