1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ImaZGen (https://imazgen.xyz) and our associated social media pages and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the service.

2. Intellectual Property & Prompt Licensing

The service and its original content, features, software, and design are the exclusive property of ImaZGen. Our curated prompt formulas and listings are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • License to Use: When you purchase or unlock a prompt, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use that prompt to generate images for personal or commercial projects.
  • Restricted Activities: You may not repackage, redistribute, resell, or publicly publish our raw prompt text databases or proprietary marketplace assets as a standalone digital product.

3. User Accounts

When registering an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits, Billing, and Refunds

ImaZGen uses a credit-based system to unlock prompts and generate content:

  • Credits are digital units and hold no real-world monetary redemption value outside the platform.
  • Payments and credit purchases are securely submitted and processed through authorized payment channels and digital verification methods (including bKash, Nagad, and supported payment options).
  • Due to the immediate digital delivery and unlock nature of prompt templates, all purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by consumer protection law.

5. Social Media & Automated Interactions

ImaZGen operates official social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads:

  • Community Standards: Any interaction, comment, or message left on our social pages must comply with Meta’s Community Standards and applicable local laws. Hate speech, spam, harassment, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
  • Automated & AI Responses: Comments left on our Facebook Page may be answered automatically by our AI assistant (powered by Google Gemini) using the context of the related prompt post. These replies are provided for informational, creative, and customer engagement purposes.

6. AI Disclaimers & Model Variability

AI image models (such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, and FLUX) are probabilistic technologies. While our prompts are thoroughly tested and curated:

  • We do not guarantee that third-party AI models will produce identical results on every generation run.
  • Third-party AI platforms maintain their own terms, content policies, and licensing requirements, which you must comply with when generating images.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImaZGen, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any generated content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activities.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this document. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
